综述了超声波辅助钎焊金属材料、陶瓷材料及铝基复合材料的研究进展, 介绍了超声辅助钎焊工艺对钎焊接头性能及显微组织的影响, 重点分析了钎焊过程中超声波对基体表面状态的作用、超声波辅助钎焊连接机理, 对超声波辅助钎焊技术今后的发展进行了展望。
