采用球压痕试验和常规拉伸试验两种方法对16MnR钢的拉伸性能进行了测试并进行了对比。结果表明:球压痕法能够准确、基本无损地测出试验钢的拉伸性能,其结果与常规拉伸试验结果比较符合,屈服强度和抗拉强度的最大误差分别为6.8%和1.9%。
