通过高温固相反应法制备了不同银含量的Ag/Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox超导材料,用XRD和SEM分析了其物相组成及显微结构;用销-盘式摩擦试验机研究了该材料从低温到常温的摩擦学性能.结果表明:Ag/Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox材料由超导相和银相组成;温度从室温降低到超导转变温度以下时,其摩擦因数明显降低,在非超导态时摩擦因数为0.4,达到超导转变温度时摩擦因数为0.2;加入银后其摩擦因数随载荷和滑动速度的提高而增大;银含量对其摩擦因数的影响规律不明显;加入银后可提高其减摩耐磨性能.
