以蔗糖为炭源、磷酸为活化剂,采用一步浸渍化学活化法制备了大比表面积的膨胀石墨/活性炭复合材料;采用SEM和比表面积分析仪对材料进行了表征,研究了磷酸与蔗糖质量比和活化温度对孔结构的影响.结果表明:大部分活性炭沉积在蠕虫状膨胀石墨的表面或以蛋壳状搭接在缠绕空间中,只有少量进入膨胀石墨内部;随着磷酸与蔗糖质量比和活化温度的增大,其比表面积和孔容先增大后减小,材料中微孔逐渐向中孔发展;在磷酸与蔗糖质量比和活化温度分别为0.9和350 ℃时其比表面积和孔容达到最大值,分别为1 978 m2·g-1和0.931 7 cm3·g-1.
