先进结构陶瓷具有优异的高温力学性能,而金属材料具有良好的塑性及其可加工等性能,将两种材料连接起来可用于有特殊要求的场合,对典型的先进结构陶瓷(Al2O3、SiC和Si3N4等)与金属材料(钛合金、镍基合金和铜等)的钎焊连接工艺、钎料接头性能等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对陶瓷与金属钎焊连接技术的发展方向进行了展望.
