为解决某公司废热锅炉系统蒸发器支撑板发生严重腐蚀断裂失效的问题, 对支撑板的材质、运行工况、宏微观形貌等进行了分析, 并提出了针对性的解决方案。结果表明: 短时超高温引起的高温氧化腐蚀是导致该支撑板发生严重腐蚀断裂的根本原因。
