资料简介

对氮化硅轴承球滚动接触疲劳的研究进行了综述, 介绍了影响氮化硅轴承球滚动接触疲劳性能的主要因素, 包括气孔、表面微裂纹、表面强度、残余应力、表面粗糙度和润滑条件等, 以及介绍了疲劳剥落失效产生的机制, 分析了目前研究所存在的问题, 并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。
