综述了在碳/碳复合材料表面制备具有生物活性羟基磷灰石涂层方法的研究进展,对不同工艺涂层与基体的结合强度进行了评价;认为通过对基体表面改性和形貌调控,可提高涂层与基体的结合强度;介绍了借助感应热沉积法制备的涂层,其破坏临界载荷可达13.1 N,制备了剪切结合强度高达61.3 MPa的羟基磷灰石涂层,达到了临床使用标准要求.
