G-O/P(MMA-co-BA)共聚物复合薄膜表面三维角锥棱镜结构的卷对卷热辊压成形

资料简介

采用原位乳液聚合的方法制备了氧化石墨烯(G-O)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸正丁酯共聚物复合材料,采用卷对卷热辊压成形技术在该复合材料薄膜表面压印了三维角锥棱镜结构,使用流变仪测定了薄膜的储能模量,并研究G-O的含量、辊压速度和辊压温度对薄膜表面三维角锥棱镜结构成形率和平均高度的影响.结果表明:采用应变扫描和频率扫描时,储能模量均随G-O含量的增加而增大;随着G-O含量增加,薄膜表面的三维角锥棱镜结构的成形率降低,但平均高度增大;在恒定的压力下,升高辊压温度或降低辊压速度均能改善复合薄膜表面三维角锥棱镜结构的成形效果.
