对原位反应制备的(TiB, TiC)/Ti1100 复合材料进行了热氢处理, 用XRD 对不同氢含量复合材料进行了物相分析, 用光学显微镜研究了氢元素的加入对复合材料显微组织的影响, 并测定了相变温度。结果表明: 随着氢含量的增加, α-Ti和β-Ti相的衍射峰有向低角度偏移的趋势, 晶界处逐渐析出氢化物, 复合材料的相变温度逐渐下降, 并且基体钛合金的晶粒有所细化。
