综述了国内外等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层残余应力的研究现状,主要分析了残余应力对HA涂层性能的影响及其残余应力产生原因,讨论了等离子喷涂工艺和涂层材料及结构对涂层中残余应力的影响,简要介绍了几种用于涂层残余应力的测试方法,并提出了今后HA涂层残余应力研究的重点和方向.
