采用聚乙烯醇水溶胶制备铝粉浆料, 然后与碳纳米管的分散液共混, 借助聚乙烯醇水溶胶辅助制备碳纳米管/铝复合粉体;通过黏度计、红外-拉曼光谱仪测定聚乙烯醇的黏度和红外光谱, 利用扫描电镜观察复合粉体的形貌和碳纳米管的分散状态。结果表明: 该工艺制备的碳纳米管/铝复合粉体中碳纳米管均匀分散在铝粉的表面,随着聚乙烯醇水溶胶质量分数从1%增加至3%, 铝粉表面碳纳米管的吸附量(体积分数)可从0.04%增加至0.2%。
