玻璃钢材料因耐腐蚀、易成型等优点在石油化工行业得到广泛应用.而其失效形式的多样,使得在役玻璃钢产品无有效的检测及寿命评价方法.采用声发射检测技术,通过对玻璃钢材料进行衰减测试、实际应用检测以及对比玻璃钢材料和金属材料的衰减差异,探讨声发射检测技术在玻璃钢材料应用中的有效性和适用性.结果表明,声发射检测技术可以应用于玻璃钢材料的实际检测,也可根据简单的声衰减测试预测材料的失效形式.
